Hyatt Regency Changchun

The hotel was clean and well-maintained with spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms. The staff were polite and accommodating, especially towards our children. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the hotel facilities including a beautiful market cafe and lounge. the location next to a park in the center of the city was convenient for transportation and close to some malls.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We spent Easter weekend at a five-star hotel, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable for sleeping. The location was excellent, close to the park and with easy access to the metro. We also enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from.

The room service was expensive, and the food was not worth the high price. The walls were also thin, and we could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms, making it hard to sleep.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities on its luxurious Spa & wellness centre and Swimming pool. the service was impeccable and the staff fulfilled all of my needs. the room advantages were outstanding, with a big and comfortable bed and a seating bench with a great view of the city.

this hotel is an amazing venue to stay for a vacation or business trip, with its fine and luxurious amenities and impeccable service.

Located by a beautiful park, it's a shame this hotel is in a far area from the tourist attractions. the metro station is close by and provides easy access to the city's hotspots. Guests can enjoy clean and well-run rooms, along with a great selection of Chinese and Western-style breakfast options. the cafe and patisserie on the ground floor offer tasty treats and excellent customer service.

The hotel seems to lack consistency in service quality, with some areas such as reception and Market Cafe, lacking attention to detail.

Spacious room, fine view, luxurious furnishings, excellent facilities, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Nothing that I didn't like.
